What does KYC mean, and what is it?

KYC (Know Your Customer or Know Your Client) is a process where you have to prove to a financial institute that you are a unique, real individual. It is a sub-section of the AML (anti-money laundering) laws of many countries.

Brave uses partner exchanges to handle the KYC process, and do not have access to any of the documents you submit.
